PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jar pot capable of reducing power consumption during heat retention. SOLUTION: A vessel 1 has a bottom face composed of a material having a Curie point at a specified temperature. The vessel 1 is heated by a high-frequency magnetic field generated by a heating coil from outside of a thermal insulating material 2. Thereby, the bottom face part of the vessel 1 also has a thermal insulation structure, and heat retaining is performed automatically, so that the jar pot having good heat retaining performance is provided.
