PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the immersion of water such as rain water into a cab by passing over the top surface of a cover in construction machinery made by attaching the lower end portion of a side surface plate forming the outer shell of the cab to the top surface of the cover as a lid of a machine device or a tank. SOLUTION: When water such as rain water passes through the top surface of the cover and leaks in the inside of the cab through a recessed groove 14a in the portion to which a right side surface plate 18 of the cab of the inner cover covering a tank chamber 10 comes into contact, water can be drained through the recessed groove 14a in the configuration.
