PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner, having the function of dehumidification operation, in which operation is controlled so as to hinder a wasteful power consumption caused by a dehumidification operation in a ventilating state. SOLUTION: In the case when an opening/closing detector has detected that an opening/closing part is kept open over a predetermined time, the dehumidification operation is stopped and thereafter, when the opening/closing part has returned to a closing state, the dehumidification operation is resumed.
