PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a network connection system in the train in which a portable information terminal in the train can be connected with an external network, e.g. the Internet, with stabilized quality regardless of the position of the train in order to use its service and the user can work efficiently. SOLUTION: Information from a portable information terminal 2 in a train 1 is stored temporarily in a server 11 in the train through an LAN 10 in the train and transmitted through a train radio system (a train radio mobile station 12, an LCX 13, a train radio base station 14, a railway enterpriser network 15) installed along a railway line to a ground server 16. The ground server 16 is connected with the Internet 7 depending on the received information from the portable information terminal 2.
