<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect a user having an account at a net-bank to the Internet free of charge. SOLUTION: At a step S161, the server of the net-bank starts the reception of a request for settling processing for settling the Internet connection charge of ISP used by the server having the account. At a step S162, the server determines whether the request for the setting processing of a connection charge is received or not and when determined that the request is not received, the server returns to the step S161 to perform processing after this. When determined that the request is received, the server is advanced to a step S163 and calculates the connection charge to be paid by the net bank. When the calculation of the connection charge is finished, the server is advanced to a step S164, inputs a calculated paying amount to the account of the user to pay the connection charge by ISP.</p> |
