摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device in which hillocks are not generated in wirings and also the controlling of etching form is easy when manufacturing of the device. SOLUTION: The feature of this liquid crystal display is that, in a liquid crystal display having scanning lines and signal lines which are arranged in a matrix shape, thin film transistors connected to the scanning lines and the signal lines and pixels connected to the thin film transistors, the scanning line is constituted of the stacked structure of an aluminum-neodymium alloy layer and a high melting point metallic layer from the lower layer and the signal line is constituted of the three-layered structure of the high melting point metallic layer, the aluminum-neodymium alloy layer and the high melting point metallic layer from the lower layer and the content of neodymium is adjusted in accordance with the kind of a high melting point metal.</p>
