SOLUTION: In this oil cooler piping structure for an automatic transmission, the automatic transmission is connected to one side of an engine, which is loaded on a vehicle, in the crank axial direction, while tilting the cylinder axis to one side in the cross direction of the vehicle, and a select device and an oil cooler for the automatic transmission are arranged in the other side of the engine in the crank axial direction, and the automatic transmission and the select device are communicated with each other through a select cable, and the automatic transmission and the oil cooler are communicated with each other through the oil cooler piping. The select cable and the oil cooler piping are inserted into a space formed between the top surface of an oil pan of the engine and a lower surface of an engine mount bracket supported by a vehicle frame, and the oil cooler piping is fitted to the top surface of the oil pan, and the oil cooler piping is provided with a cable holder for holding the select cable.
