PURPOSE: An assembly construction of a protection for a rigid frame of a riding toy is provided to improve the quality of the rigid frame and reduce the manufacturing cost of the protector, by removing pin holes and pins in the rigid frame and protector of the riding toy, thereby simplifying assembly process of the rigid frame and the protector. CONSTITUTION: In an assembly construction of a rigid frame and a protector in a riding toy, the riding toy is fixed to the inner side end of an extension coil spring hanging on the rigid frame(8). In the state that an L-shape of protector(1) is contacted to the rigid frame(8), a fixing ring(6) is coupled to an upper end(2) of the protector and a contact end(3). Locking jaws(4,5) for controlling the inserted length of the fixing ring are formed on the upper end of the protector and the contact end. A pressurizing protrusion(7) for strengthening a fixing force of the protector to the rigid frame is formed on the inner surface of the fixing ring.
