FIELD: medicine, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: method deals with semispherical tibial osteotomy, but before it one should conduct a tangential osteotomy of fibular caput by forming an osseous-tendinous-ligamentous complex to mobilize it up to femoral condyle, fibular collum is resected at cervical level, after removing the deformation of shank one should medialize a distal tibial fragment under internal condyle and replace an osseous-tendinous- ligamentous complex onto tibial bone along with developing duplicature of external-lateral ligament. EFFECT: higher efficiency in stabilizing a knee joint. 2 dwg, 1 ex
