PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing hydrophilic resin granules applicable to extrusion molding, etc. SOLUTION: The hydrophilic resin granules are produced by an extrusion process in which the hydrophilic resin is melted and extruded, a cooling process in which the extruded resin is contacted with a metal plate to be cooled and solidified to obtain the solid resin, and a granulation process in which the solid resin is granulated to obtain the resin granules. |
