SOLUTION: The multiple spindle synchronizing control system, which is used in a multiple spindle machine tool wherein as a main spindle 111 as a reference of synchronous control on a plurality of spindles is accelerated, a plurality of driven spindles 112 to 11N and 13 are accelerated to follow the main spindle 111, detects respective positions of the main spindle 111 and the driven spindles 112 to 11N and 13, then according to the detection result, detects such a spindle out of the main spindle 111 and the driven spindles 112 to 11N and 13 as is relatively slower than the other spindles to or beyond a given tolerance, and controls the spindles other than the slower spindle to a constant speed.
