PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent white smoke from being discharged from a smokestack. SOLUTION: High temperature waste gas is flowed to a pipe section, located outside a multiple pipe smokestack where a plurality of pipes with a different size are provided concentrically, and waste gas, flowing through an inside pipe section, is heated with heat transmission on a pipe wall section to prevent white smoke to be exhausted from the smokestack. A high-temperature waste gas is flowed to an outside pipe section of the multiple pipe smokestack, whereby an air curtain for preventing white smoke is formed around the waste gas exhausted from the inside pipe at a smokestack tower top.
