PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for analysis of functions of a function- unknown gene, a database for a genetic function to use for the analysis and its creating method. SOLUTION: In a method for creation of database on the genetic function, a survival rate of a variety of density of more than one drug for a character converting genuine core cell and its parent plant cell individually generating in excess more than one function-known gene, a ratio of IC40 value of a known gene introduction cell to IC40 value of the parent plant cell is calculated from the rate to calculate logarithmic values of the ratio, and a correlation factor among function-known genes relating to the logarithmic values is calculated. |
