PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden in adjusting a care giving service plan and a actual provision achievement of care giving service, and charge an adequate payment for the care giving service. SOLUTION: A device 101 houses an inputted care giving service plan in a device 104, and a device 102 houses an inputted actual achievement of care giving service in the device 104. A device 103 reads out the housed care giving service plan and the actual achievement of care giving service, obtains and houses difference information in the device 104. The devices 101 and 102 read out and display the difference information from the device 104, and the user checks a difference between the plan and the actual achievement, and revises the plan and the actual achievement respectively. The device 101 houses the revised plan, and the device 102 houses the revised actual achievement in the device 104. The device 101 reads out the care giving service plan from the device 104, and produces a payment managing slip. The device 102 reads out the actual achievement of care giving service from the device 104, detects service which is out of the plan when the actual achievement is more than the plan, and produces a bill of particulars on care giving payment expenditure excluding the service which is out of the plan. |
