PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated impedance element which has no directivity in the case of mounting and is superior in electric characteristic. SOLUTION: The laminated impedance element 1 is provided with a high permeability coil 35 having a first winding L1 and a third winding L3 which are constituted by stacking magnetic substance sheets of relatively high permeability, a low permeability coil 36 having a second winding L2 constituted by stacking magnetic substance sheets of relatively low permeability, and an intermediate layer 37 constituted of an intermediate sheet. The windings L1, L2, L3 are electrically connected in series in this order and constitute a spiral coil L. Both end portions of the coil L are led out to an input external electrode 41 and an output external electrode 42 from coil conductor patterns 16 and 27 formed in the coil part 35, respectively.
