PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently clean plastic pieces at a low cost. SOLUTION: A horizontally arranged cylindrical casing 11 having a charging port of plastic pieces formed on one end side thereof and having a discharge port formed on the other end side thereof is provided and the plastic pieces supplied into the casing 11 from the charging port 12 are fed to the discharge port 15 by a feed screw 24 in a feed part 21 and stirred by stirring rods 25 in a stirring part 22 to be brought into slide contact with each other. A dust suction device 38 for discharging pollutant dust separated from the plastic pieces is provided to the casing 11 corresponding to the stirring part 22.
