PURPOSE: An automatic release apparatus of a parking brake is provided to assemble conveniently by forming a circuit board inside with simple structure, and to improve convenience by automatically releasing the parking brake at D or R-range. CONSTITUTION: An automatic release device of a parking brake is composed of a transistor switch(54) electrically connecting electric signal input terminals at D-range or R-range with grounding; a relay(55) electrically connected to the transistor switch, and turned on by applying power to the transistor switch in stepping on a brake pedal; and an actuator surrounded by an electric current coil(31) in turning on the relay. A plunger(33) having a spring is placed in the actuator. The structure is simplified with placing the circuit board in the actuator, and the parking brake is released automatically.
