PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a piezoelectric device for parts feeder is provided to obtain a piezoelectric device used as a power source of a vibration transport plate. CONSTITUTION: The first cleaning process for a core bar is performed by using an abstergent and the second cleaning process for the core bar is performed by using a quick-drying nonfat spray. A conductive carbon is printed on a surface of a ceramic electrode and an adhesive is applied on a surface of the dried conductive carbon. A ceramic(20) is laminated on the adhesive. A steel guide having a cushion member is fixed to both sides of ceramic by using a clip. A conductive cooper tape(40) is adhered on the ceramic(20). The first epoxy coating process is performed on an electrode part except for a soldering part of the surface of the ceramic(20) by using the first epoxy(41). A tube coating process is performed on the epoxy(41) by using a contractive tube(42). A lead line(43) is connected with the cooper tape(40) by using the soldering method. The second epoxy coating process is performed by the second epoxy(44). |
