COMMUNICATION NETWORK HIGH RELIABILITY CONFIGURATION EVALUATION METHOD AND MEDIUM RECORDING ITS PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the method evaluating the degree of effect on the entire network in the case of destroying only a node in a communication network based on a general scale depending on the network configuration and to provide a medium on which its program is recorded. SOLUTION: Based on a network topology matrix denoting 2-dimension coordinates of each node in a communication network and whether or not nodes are interconnected by a leased line, when nodes are interconnected by the leased line, the distance between the nodes is obtained and when not interconnected, a connection matrix with distance representing the information is obtained, path information denoting a shortest path between the two nodes is obtained as to all combinations of two nodes and the reliability of the communication network is evaluated by obtaining the traffic matrix when an optional node is faulty based on the information and the traffic matrix between nodes.
