PURPOSE: Provided are jumping shoes which place a spring to the shoes to use cushion for jumping in walking or running so that they help users to get exercise in walking or running. CONSTITUTION: The jumping shoes are characterized by comprising the parts of: a front spring(2) and a rear spring(3) which are placed at the bottom part(8) underneath the shoes(1); a support plate(4) which is placed underneath the springs; a nonskid rubber plate(5) which is placed underneath the support plate; and a curve groove(7) which is placed in the middle of the support plate to move a movable space groove for the spring(6) when force is given to the rubber plate.
