PURPOSE: A perforating apparatus is provided to remarkably reduce noise and vibration and to expand a life span of a machine by protecting the machine from load caused by a perforating force of the perforating apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A perforating apparatus includes a supporting body(1). A guide section is installed at a lower portion of the supporting body(1). A perforation pin fixing section(10) is formed at an upper portion of the supporting body(1). A perforation pin(11) is fixed to the perforation pin fixing section(10) such that the perforation pin(11) is downwardly protruded. A lifting member is movably installed in the guide section of the supporting body(1). The lifting member(2) moves up and down along the guide section by a driving section(3). A perforation hole(21) is formed at an upper surface of the lifting member(2). The perforation pin(11) is inserted into the perforation hole(21).
