PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor capable of increasing an operating speed, without deteriorating the life time as a whole. SOLUTION: At the time of starting an operation, a switch SW2 is set, so that an input signal to an input terminal 13 can be inputted to an internal block 12a, and a switch SW3 is set so that the output signal of an inside block 12a can be outputted from an output terminal 14. Therefore, the input signal is inputted via the switch SW2 to the internal block 12a, and inputted to an evaluation block 11. When the determining that the changing amounts of the characteristics of an internal circuit to be tested reach a prescribed value, the evaluation block 11 outputs a signal, to instruct switching of the destination of connection to the switches SW2 and SW3. As a result, the switches SW2 and SW3 switch over the destination of connection of the input terminal 13 and the output terminal 14 to an internal block 12b. |
