PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which can vary a key (interval) and the sound volume of a guide melody as a Karaoke device which uses MPEG sound compressed data. SOLUTION: The Karaoke device which is connected to a data server through a network compresses Karaoke data stored in the Karaoke device according to the MPEG compression format and uses stream data with a stream ID added in accordance with the kind of data used for Karaoke. The Karaoke device decides the kind of the data according to the stream ID and performs arithmetic processing according to the kind of the data. |
