<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a check valve which causes no breakage of clamps, even if it is used with gasohol, and is balanced in pressure losses. SOLUTION: The check valve 1 is formed of a fluorosilicone rubber having the characteristics: (A) the breaking strength is >=150 N/cm, (B) the initial 100% tensile stress is <=3.5 MPa, (C) the 100% tensile stress when immersed in gasohol is in the range of 1.8-3.0 MPa, and (D) the volumetric rate of change, when it is immersed in gasohol, is <=35%.</p> |
