PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehumidifying/air conditioning apparatus mainly used for dehumidification wherein a heat output of a reheater is improved, and an operation mode is selected with simple control, and further indoor temperature and humidity are adjusted corresponding to fresh air temperature/humidity conditions. SOLUTION: In a refrigerant circuit, all heat sources of a reheater are realized by discharge gas from a compressor, and cooling/dehumidification, reheating/dehumidification, and heating/dehumidification are ensured by flow passage changeover of three three-way valves. The refrigerant circuit of one system is assumed one unit, and an operation mode is selectively changed over corresponding to fresh air humidity conditions by one or a plurality of the units, and an adjustment for optimum temperature/humidity is achieved with a combination with on/off control of the compressor.
