PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust a punch height by preventing the generation of a galling phenomenon between a punch guide and a punch body. SOLUTION: When the punch height is adjusted, an elastic member 81 is retained between a punch driver 37 and a punch head 75 via an elastic body holding member 83 and a retaining member 79 so that the resilience of the elastic member 81 which is exerted to the punch head 75 is not large. Moreover, the retaining member 79 is automatically aligned to the elastic body holding member 83 by a first tapered part 79T and a second tapered part 83T so that a guide member 49 is inevitably aligned by the retaining member 79. Consequently, the galling phenomenon does not occur between the punch guide 29 and the punch body 33. Thus, the guide member 49 can be easily rotated with the punch head 75.
