PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intra-tube resistor, an electron gun structure and a cathode-ray tube that can ensure proper reliability, even under a long life time by suppressing occurrence of migration via a simple structure, taking into consideration the problem of an in tube resistor for a cathode-ray tube and the like, where migration can result in a short circuit between a terminal electrode and a resistance and consequently in fluctuations in a divided voltage supplied to each electrode of an electron gun and deterioration in reliability. SOLUTION: A plurality of terminal electrodes 29 are arranged on an insulation base 28 formed from a ceramic material, a resistance 32 is arranged to create a prescribed resistance value between the terminal electrodes 29, and a through-hole 33 is formed at each of the resistance 32 and the terminal electrodes 29 or in a position with a large potential difference between them, and migration is suppressed.
