<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, system and method capable of suitably performing window job from a remote place, and performing direct explanation while effectively using existing equipment. SOLUTION: While a caller's order is transmitted to a remote window through a communication line of the concerned telephone number and response of a guide is returned from the remote window to a reception desk, an in-house communication network in a call center is connected through an in-house switchboard to the reception desk and the other communication line. While a dynamic image of the caller is being photographed through the other communication line, the in-house switchboard and the in-house communication network and simultaneously transmitted to the remote window to return the dynamic image of the guide to the reception desk and display the same, a display command organized corresponding to the order is transmitted to display the concerned guide screen, and the stored information of a data base is retrieved according to the caller's order/ID. A designated item caused by response among the concerned information related to the caller is transmitted and presented on the guide screen to the caller according to a setting command, and while photographing a dynamic image of a commentator in charge of the designated item and simultaneously collecting voice and sound, it is transmitted and displayed.</p> |
