PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer management system which does not cause a customer visiting a store to feel burdensome. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with an ID tag 3 which is formed in a portable shape and sends specific information back in response to an external question signal, a terminal device 11 which has a reader 5 sending the question signal to the ID tag 3 and receiving the specific sent-back information and is installed in a store 9, and a customer information storage device 13 which can be read out by the terminal device 11 and stores customer information composed of personal information and history information corresponding to at least the ID tag 3. The terminal device 11 has a customer information display part 17 which displays the customer information read in from the customer information storage device 13 to a clerk 15 of the store 9 according to the received specific information. |
