ELECTROSTATIC CHARGE IMAGE DEVELOPER AND IMAGE FORMING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developer capable of stably forming images having no image stain and high image quality over a long period of time and to provide an image forming method using the developer. SOLUTION: The electrostatic charge image developer comprises a toner obtained by subjecting resin particles containing a specified crystalline ester compound as a release agent in a bonding resin and colorant particles to salting- out/fusion and a carrier obtained by dispersing magnetic powdery particles in a resin. The image forming method includes a step in which a recording material with a toner image formed by development with the electrostatic charge image developer is passed between a heating roller and a pressing roller to fix the toner image.
