SUBSTANCE: tensioning roller includes discs mounted with possibility of free rotation on shaft; modules inserted between said discs for exciting magnetic field. Said modules are in the form of winding monolithically embedded to metallic housing mounted on washer fixed against turning over on shaft by means of key.
