SUBSTANCE: the method deals with hydrolysis of reduced osseous tissue in the mixture of 0.4H sodium hydroxide and ethanol solution at 1:1 ratio at constant mixing for 24-48 h, then hydrolyzate is poured off, the bone is washed with purified water at constant mixing followed by heating due to steady increase of temperature within 600-1200 C and combustion is conducted at 1200 C for 2-5 min. EFFECT: decreased antigenicity and higher biocompatibility.
