PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing beer yeast cell bodies of high ribonucleic acid content. SOLUTION: A culture medium including the components activating beer yeast is used to soak the beer yeast cell bodies in the medium in the presence of inorganic salts added, as they are aerobically stirred at a prescribed temperature, thereby producing the objective beer yeast cell bodies including ribonucleic acid in an amount of >=10 wt.% per unit weight of the cell bodies. |
