PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate glass join structure capable of firmly joining the plate glass and a metallic plate material by adhesive, and keeping the firm joining by preventing the stress in accompany with the thermal expansion of the metallic plate material, from acting on a plate glass side even when an atmospheric temperature is raised. SOLUTION: In this plate glass join structure wherein the plate glass 1 and the metallic plate material 3 are abutted on each other form their thickness direction, and they are joined by an adhesive 15 applied on abutting faces 5, the abutting faces 5 are divided into plural unit adhesive faces 5a, the adhesive 15 is applied one each unit adhesive face 5a, and adjacent unit adhesive faces 5a are separated from one another through an unadhesive part 8.
