PURPOSE: A tilting turning roller for welding a single tube flange is provided to perform circumferential welding rapidly, conveniently and safely when welding a flange for coupling pipes onto the pipes. CONSTITUTION: The tilting turning roller for welding a single tube flange is characterized in that a rotating plate is coupled to a triangular support(31) at the lower central part of the rotating plate in such a manner that the rotating plate is inclined to the triangular support in 45 degrees of an angle around a rotation axis(32); a plate(33) formed at the lower part of one side of the rotating plate is connected to a hydraulic cylinder(36) diagonal to a plate(35) formed on a ground plate(34), an electromagnet(37) is mounted on the upper part of the rotating plate, a clamping device(40) in which the upper part of a pipe is pressed by a roller mounted onto a pneumatic cylinder is mounted on the upper part of the rotating plate, a driving roller(41) is mounted on the upper part of the rotating plate, wherein the driving roller is consisting of left and right two rollers at one side around the clamping device, and the two rollers are axially connected so that the rollers are synchronously driven by a driving motor(43), a stopper(42) is mounted on an end part of the left side of the driving roller, and a driven roller(44) is mounted on the other side of around the clamping device.
