METHOD FOR TREATING PATIENTS WITH III-IV STAGE OVARIAN CANCER

SUBSTANCE: in pre-operational period it is suggested to take 3000 ml donor one- group lymph of room temperature to dissolve antitumor chemopreparations in a single dose in the following composition: cisplatin 100 mg/m2, cyclophosphane 600 mg/m2, the mixture is incubated for 1 h at 37 C and intravenously injected by drops for a patient for 2-3 h. Lymph infusion should be repeated 1-2 d later till injecting the course dosage, on the 11th d after hemolymphochemotherapy an operation is carried out followed by 6 courses of autohemochemotherapy in postoperational period. The method enables to decrease toxic complications of chemotherapy and development of distant metastasis and relapses. EFFECT: higher efficiency of the method. 1 ex
