The invention relates to a rack for telecommunications equipment, which rack (1) comprises fixing rails (2) on two opposite sides of its upper portion and adjusting rails (3) for the fixing rails, the adjusting rails being positioned at opposite upper corners of the backside of the rack (1) and provided with nut holes (6, 7) one upon another, the mutual distances of which are evenly divisible with the hole division of the fixing rail (2). The adjusting rails (3) are separate members positioned within the rack (1) inside casings (4), each casing comprising an elongated slot (5) at mounting holes (2a) of the fixing rails (2). An adjusting screw (8) is arranged at the upper surface (1a) of the rack (1) to cooperate with a nut hole (9,10) at the upper end of the adjusting rail (3), for fine adjustment of the elevation of the adjusting rail (3). <IMAGE> |
