PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having high durability in which the wear resistance characteristics against friction with a cleaning blade or the like and the electrophotographic characteristics (characteristics of electrification, sensitivity, residual potential or the like) for repeated use are improved, and to provide a method for manufacturing the electrophotographic photoreceptor, an image forming method which uses the electrophotographic photoreceptor, an image forming device and a process cartridge. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor having a resin layer formed on a conductive supporting body, the resin layer contains a block copolymer of a bisphenol-type epoxy resin and a siloxane condensation product.
