PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device where deterioration of the image quality due to a developer that is normally not utilized for the image formation. SOLUTION: In the device, a toner provided with sufficient normal charge can be excluded to the outside of the effective developing range by stopping the bias wave form in a state where a developing electric field is formed after a developing sleeve 41 is stopped during the rotation of a photoreceptor drum 1 and continually applying bias for some time. In this case, the reversed toner can be prevented from flying to the photoreceptor drum 1 by increasing reflectional force by pushing it and bringing into contact with the surface of the developing sleeve 41 by the force of the developing electric field. |
