PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the layout of an exhaust system constitutional component and an intake system constitutional component in addition to the consideration to prevention of noise and enhance of engine output. SOLUTION: A cylinder shaft C2 of an engine 6 is inclined in either direction on a port side and a starboard side to a vertical plane C1 of a boat body 4, the exhaust system constitutional component is fit to the engine side on the inclined side, the intake system constitutional component is fit to the engine side on the opposite side, an exhaust pipe 60 of the exhaust system constitutional component is laid out so as to be pulled around the vicinity of the engine on the inclined side and conduct exhaust to the outside of a boat, an intake box 53 of the intake system constitutional component is laid out so as to be extended in the vertical direction on the opposite side of inclination, the top end of the intake box 53 is positioned in the upper side than a cylinder head 29 of the engine 6, and the bottom end of the intake box 53 is extended to the vicinity of a crank case 64 of the engine 6.
