PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic oil power unit system-mounted truck crane having superior stability, lifting capacity, and narrow place approaching characteristic with a short total length. SOLUTION: In this hydraulic power unit-mounted truck crane provided with an upper revolving superstructure 4 provided with a driver's cab 3 and a telescopic derricking boom 5, on a central part of a lower traveling body 2 provided with outriggers on its from and rear parts, and further having hydraulic power units 11, 11A on the lower traveling body 2, the hydraulic power units 11, 11A are positioned approximately just above the rear outrigger 7.
