Invention is solved by synthesis of the group of novel chemical compounds: N-substituted derivatives of 5-hydroxyiminobarbituric (violuric) acid of the general formula (I) where values of radicals X, R1 and R2 are given in the description text . Invention gives examples of synthesis of substances, yield value of products, data of elemental analysis and results of experiments of assay of their biological properties. New chemical synthesis of the present invention show antiviral, immunostimulating, antichlamydiosis, antituberculosis, antibacterial, antiaggregating, antiatherosclerotic, psychostimulating, psychodepressant, analgetic, hypoglycaemic, antiulcer, hepatoprotective and antioxidant activities.
