PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in calling the function described with another programming language of the conventional programming language processing system, which a relay function having the conversion function of an exception processing method is utilized regardless of whether the function of a calling destination can return an exception or not, and the conversion of the exception processing method sometime takes time for processing, regardless of whether the calling destination returns the exception or not, and the execution speed of a program might be adversely affected. SOLUTION: The function of the calling destination is analyzed to check whether the exception can be returned or not. When the exception can be returned, the calling destination is linked via a relay function having the conversion function of the execution processing method. When the exception cannot be returned, the calling destination is linked via a relay function in which the conversion function of the exception processing method is omitted.
