PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dripping device which is useful for being installed at the surface of an industrial tank preferably in a spherical shape and is free from giving bad influences such as a one resulting from welding at installation or from liability of rusting. SOLUTION: The dripping device to be installed at the surface of the industrial tank is composed of a belt-like member having a surface wherewith liquid flowing down over the surface of the tank can be guided to drip directly on to the ground surface.
