PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a bentonite-based grout material, by which the grout material can normally be produced, when a construction site such as a tunnel is far from a place for producing the grout material, and by which the grout material can be produced in a state that a main installation for producing the grout is set to a position apart from the construction site. SOLUTION: This method for producing the bentonite-based grout material is characterized by first preliminarily preparing a temporary grout material in a lower grout concentration than a prescribed grout concentration at a place apart from a construction site 1, forcefully feeding the prepared temporary grout material to the construction site 1, then further adding bentonite to the prepared temporary grout material at the construction site 1 so that the concentration of the bentonite becomes the prescribed concentration, thus giving the normal grout material, when the bentonite-based grout material produced in the prescribed concentration is used at the construction site. |
