PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle monitoring device capable of grasping a vehicle, with which a supervisor can not receive position information. SOLUTION: After a system is started, a vehicle, with which position information is not once received by communication equipment 12, is detected and the mark of that vehicle is displayed on a non-receiving window.
