PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an edge for a cable stripper capable of stripping a wire covering stuck on a conductor, as in a watertight wire, without making the covering remain on the conductor. SOLUTION: Since the edge for the cable stripper is constituted in such a manner that a plow-shaped section (b) peeling and erecting the wire covering 1 from the conductor 2, while being continued at the lower end of a curved cutting edge section (a) cutting the wire covering 1, the wire covering 1 is cut by the cutting edge section (a) and the wire covering 1 can be stripped and erected by the plow-shaped section (b), the wire covering 1 suck on the conductor 2 such as the watertight wire can be stripped, without making it remain on the conductor 2. |
