PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proton conductor membrane having good adhesiveness to an electrode formed mainly of carbon and superior hydrogen shutoff capability and ion conductivity. SOLUTION: The proton conductor membrane comprises a layer containing a fullerene derivative and polyvinyl alcohol and a layer of a fullerene derivative containing no polyvinyl alcohol, laminated on both sides thereof. |
