PURPOSE:To simplify assembling efficiently by arranging an elastic member in a gap between a side face of a core piece and a projection provided to a support member, and inserting a back core in a gap produced between an elastic member and the side face of the core piece. CONSTITUTION:An elastic piece 51 curved in the S shape over the entire length is provided to an elastic member 5. An elastic piece 51 of the elastic member 5 in the assembly is arranged in gaps 32,42 between side faces 108,109 of a 2nd core chip 102 and a 3rd core chip 103 and projection pieces 33,43. Then a back core 2 is inserted while pressing and spreading the elastic piece 51 outward in a gap caused between side faces 108,109 of the elastic piece 51, the 2nd core chip 102 and the 3rd core chip 103. The back core 2 is pressed to side faces 107 - 109 of core chips 101 - 103 by an elastic force of the elastic piece 51 and contacted with close adhesion. Thus, the magnetic gap between the front core 1 and the back core 2 is much decreased and uniformized, the assembling is simplified and the work efficiency is improved. |
