An integrated circuit (CI) has a principal circuit (1) which is supplied from external voltages (V1ext,V2ext) through internal lines (BV1,BV2). Each internal line supplies a detector (20,21) which also receives supply from duplicate external voltages through contacts (PADB) and (PADA).
